Make Good

Clockwork Projects can happily manage any make good project. We can be engaged by one of two parties in regard to one’s make good requirements;

  1. By the tenant of the property; In most lease agreements a tenant will be signing an agreement to ‘make good’ the premises upon moving out. Each contract is different but generally this refers to bringing the space back to how it was before you moved in. This includes but is not limited to; strip out of furniture, internal partitions, electrical and data cabling, ceiling and floor rectification and so on.Clockwork Projects can quote and carry out your make good obligation on your behalf upon the termination of a lease.
  2. By the property/building owner; If the make good clause becomes redundant because the contract between lessor and lessee reaches a commercial settlement (meaning that the lessee pays the lessor an agreed figure to remove this responsibility), the make good may now be required by the building owner. In this instance Clockwork Projects is more than happy to work alongside the building owner to get the space back to a leasable tenancy.
