A Scope of Works basically identifies the construction needs required to transform the existing space into the proposed new fit out.

Tendering to all relevant contractors follows so that a fixed price contract can be put forward to the client giving them a cost figure for the fit out refurbishment. In most cases contractor works include Fire, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Carpet and Flooring, Building, Painting, Electrical, Furniture, Joiners, Tiling, Cleaners and so on.

From here, things can be added or subtracted to get the final cost to a point that the client is happy to proceed with.

Once all concerned parties are in agreement and the final costing contract is signed off Clockwork Projects goes about efficiently transforming your commercial space within the designated time frames and agreed budgets.
