Design
Clockwork Projects takes a client’s initial concepts and ideas and transforms them into working construction drawings. Each project is unique and is tailored to suit your individual business requirements. Whether the need be for something practical or visually stunning Clockwork Projects pushes the barriers to create something individually special.
With budget in mind an aesthetically pleasing, functional and legally compliant space will be produced which addresses your initial design brief.
Design Process:
- Initial consultation where a design brief is formulated and a client’s needs and wants are documented.
- If an accurate existing floor plan of the to-be developed area can not be provided Clockwork Projects will measure the site and transform this into an AutoCAD (DWG) file.
- Space Planning can now commence where ideas are played with to get a series of ‘best fit’ options for client review and comments.
- Products and furniture are put forward to the client for comment or alteration so these can be incorporated into the final design.
- Design – with a mutually agreed direction in mind Clockwork Projects goes about finalising the interior design for client approval.
- Consultants and Council – The basically complete drawings are submitted to relevant consultants and councils for approvals, their terms of approval are incorporated into the design where necessary.
- Upon approval, the design is developed into a set of working drawings that include joinery detailing, power and data layouts, reflected ceiling drawings (including ceiling services such as fire, air, lighting, etc), partition plans, and furniture layouts. Door schedules are completed and colours and finishes are finalised.
- Handover of completed drawings to the client.
